Nice. . . .. . Supposed to be electric vehicles running on Saturday as well as test and tune. Should be interesting.

Interesting day. . . . . .trailered the Magnum 90 miles each way to make one pass. . .lmao. Been having issues with the belt coming off. Came off as she shifted into fourth.
I footbraked the car at the hit, lost the belt at the top and still pulled off a 10.46 PB on the set up though the -760 DA didn't hurt.

Didn't chance running her again as last time I lost a belt in November it took out the lower radiator hose. Thought I had it licked as the belt doesn't skip or come off on the street when I hit it a bit. Gonna break out the laser level on the pulleys again!

Appreciate the contact. I'm sure your Hellcat block swap was worth the challenges! The issue may have been my own doing as I pressed on an aluminum power steering pump pulley when the OEM composite one collapsed. Was likely off a hair as it didn't come off on the street.

Now, this is where the issue got compounded. When I lost a belt at Atco in November during a pass, it wrapped behind the ATI balancer and was suggested to me it could have pushed the balancer forward a bit as it rode back there till I could get off the track. It was whipping around back there pretty good and took out my lower radiator hose in the process.

Gonna check with the laser aligner again but problem is I live in a congested area and don't want to "test" and possibly lose the belt and power steering and/or coolant if a hose gets taken out. Could get ugly quick. I'm thinking the safest place to see what the heck is going on would be on a dyno using a gopro as I'm not sticking my head near there . . lol.
