Doing some experimentation with the amp from the Boston Accoustics System that came with my 05 Dodge Magnum RT, MagnumFreak is helping with the software updates.

Anyone have their old BA type Amp from a Magnum they don't need? Let me know how much ya' want for it! None on ebay right now.

I have no idea man. I've seen them on ebay for like $25, but there's none out there right now. I checked this morning.

I'm gonna donate my old one to Magnumfreak to see if he can hack into it to tweak some things.

When you get your new system installed, lemme know what sounds fair to you.

Is it from a Boston Accoustics System? Is it an 05 or 06? It is a Magnum, right?

I'm not trying to use Project Morpheus as a ploy to get another amp, just so everyone knows. MagnumFreak has been working with me to try to fix a DC problem with these amps. We tried installing the software from an 06 Charger, didn't fix the problem, the amp sounds 'tinny' now. So I wanna give MagnumFreak my old amp so he can explore any possibilities there. Just to clarify.

ssteven805, if you PM me an email address, I'll send you the service manual instructions to remove the amp. But be sure you wanna get involved, cause I don't want your car throwing codes cause of the removal of the amp. Plus, I'm not sure how they installed your new system. It could be on the output side of the amp. In which case, you can't take it out.
