Here's the deal, a friend of mine lives in Gorman, a small town in central Texas. About 2 months ago, her husband suddenly passed away and since then her home has been burglarized at least once, her property vandalized, her barn has been burned and most recently, her home has been "tagged" with vulgar, threatening graffiti. Being I'm from California, I'm not familiar with Texas laws regarding this type of specifically targeted crime.

If anyone can fill me in on any applicable Texas Penal Codes, in which the victim is targeted in an ongoing manner, I'd appreciate it.
