It is a custom... has a close up of the id plate mentioning the shop that performed the mod...

Wondering why there are no pics of the TOP UP?

And no close up shots of the 'unique' features of the vehicle... the power top switch, the roll bar... etc.

I'd want to see a video of the top going up and down and close ups of the areas modified before passing judgement...

As is - I'll just say I'm leery...

I think I would be concerned about the warranty on that top for leaks/mechanics. When the car is being sold as new with a conv. top I kinda wonder what happened. Car is worth half and you can get the top done for probably alot less. Not worth it IMHO but on a scale of 1-10 for execution I give it a 7 for the top kind of protruding a bit more then I would like for the rear pass. and the fact they could have put a more sleek and stylish roll bar on it. the pillars look out of place like someone literally chopped it which they of course did. Hmmmmm

Convertible conversions are ALWAYS something to be wary of. Though for that price, I'd hope they got their act together on this one. I'm not crazy about how far past the c pillars the frame for the top protrudes on the sides... I can imagine piercing a kidney trying to get in in a hurry :p

I wonder how many 300 Convertables are out there. There is one at my Local Dealer in Mendon, MA. It's always displayed with the top down.

A local Dodge dealer here in Dallas had a convertible Charger. When the top was up, it looked sort of like the picture below, just a really bad Toupee':

If you can get a pic I would like to see how that project looked. How about someone photchop a convertible Magnum? That would be pretty rediculous not to mention impossible.

I agree with Bubba's Dragon. The Charger is slick looking with the top down, homely as hell with the top up. Kinda reminds me of the Deadwood Stage. Needs to have a team of horses hooked to the front of it.

I've said it before - if they didn't have the B-Pillar posts still there, it wouldn't look half as bad.

...Of course, then rollover safety would become an issue.
