Ironically 2 seconds after I made my last post about trying their 10ks, I got an email back from them I wrote from ebay yesterday. So far, im not too happy with the customer service. In my email to them, I stated ive spent about $200 in bulbs trying to get the color I want, explained to them what I was kinda looking for, and asked for their reccomendation as to what color I should get based on what Ive described since they see the product everyday. I also asked if they had a picture of the 10k they could send me. All I got back was "sorry no pictures" and "when your ready to purchase let us know and we will send a direct paypal link" ....all sorts of info on how to pay for the item, but nothing addressing my concern of wanting to get the color right this time, offering any advice or suggestions
