Even after putting 10K miles on the Mag I still get a pretty strong burnt smell after a WOT run. Wondering how long should this go on for? Your thoughts?
We seem to have eerily similar problems with our mags. I had a little over 6k with mine and I get the burnt smell still after WOT...I too dont do it very often thoughlegmaker72 said:Even after putting 10K miles on the Mag I still get a pretty strong burnt smell after a WOT run. I drive mostly highway, and I still have the smell in my SE. Car has almost 36K miles on it.flylo said:When you drive at road speeds, deposits build up in the cats and at WOT you burn these deposit out, thus the burnt hair smell.
