I wanna get 20'' rims for my 2006 Magnum R/T for the performance quality. I hate empty fender space, so whats the biggest tires i could put on the 20'' without modifyin or having certain mm spacing. Also want all four same size for rotating purposes

depends on the width of the 20" wheel.
the biggest ive fit on my 8.5" wide is 275/40

wish i went with 9" or 9.5" wide to get wider tires

I am running 265/50's in the back and 245/45's in the front.
No problems with clearance.

Ok well just to make sure, The 255 is the side wall height. The 45 is the wideness and the 20 is the rim size. I'm pretty sure thats right, but is the middle number, Higher the number=Wider the tire?

255 would be the width of the tire in MM and 45 is the percnetage of the width that makes the height of the side wall and 20 is the size of the wheel.so.....255/45/20=wideth/side wall height/wheels size.and yes the higher the first number the wider the tire.heres a link to a tire size calculator.
