No I don't think so. I believe you're looking for an '08 Mirror with just the uconnect button. No autodim button.

If you mean work as in as a mirror with auto-dim yes. If you mean as a microphone maybe. Send me ([email protected]) your head unit manual and I'll check to see what kind of mike your Kenwood uses.
