The eBay $130 long tube header set has been proven to be an outstanding product for the money. And they will run neck to neck with a set of Kooks that cost $1,000!

Interested in knowing more about why you would say that. I’m looking for a set of longtubes for when I do my cam swap but I don’t really have 1k plus to drop on headers. I’m interested in seeing why one says they work great and another says no. Aside from flange straightness I cant really see what would make a set so bad.

I haven't even heard anyone say they got a set with warped flanges yet. Heard 1 say he had fitment issues on a 300 for one of his customer cars, that's the only bad thing I've heard.

There are SEVERAL of us running them, no issues from them at all and I'd he glad to put my eBay header equipped SP beside any (comparably equipped) name brand headered car and prove they work just as well.

Which ones are you running? I’ve seen a few different styles on EBay.

    I'm running this set:
    STAINLESS STEEL 8-2 LONG TUBE HEADER FOR 05-10 SRT8 6.1 V8 HEMI EXHAUST/MANIFOLD | eBay

Ronan and some others are running this set, which require some massaging to clear the starter. There's nothing wrong with that, I just couldn't find them priced Right when I was shopping.

I plan on doing a cam swap soon, so I will most likely sell my stock cam, springs, etc. Also doing LT headers, so will be selling the stock shorties.

Done with the cam swap, cam had no wear signs on it and no lifter knicks or anything.
