    So I would not be able to see the TCM code? Only the dealer can scan and see it? I also tried resetting by pulling #11 fuse and disconnecting battery for 10 minutes. Did not reset it though

    don't know of any other scanner that can retrieve codes from all vehicle systems like the dealer's starscan.

    pulling fuse 11 will not erase codes from TCM. fuse 11 only powers PCM. a starscan is required to erase all TCM codes.

    I got it to work. I had P 0128. Need to look it up. Pulled fuse 11 for 30 secs. It's gone for now.

    most likely caused by remote start install. pull fuse #11 from IPM (integrated power module/under hood fuse box) for 15 seconds. that should clear it.

    I couldn't find a list of trouble codes beginning with U. Is this available?

    The code I'm getting is U0103. According to the key provided in this thread, that correspondes to:

    U=Communications - Network
    0=SAE
    1=Fuel and air metering
    0=SAE
    3=Ignition systems or misfire

    This is isn't very specific. BTW, it was -17F today, my coldest starting temp since buying my Magnum in Dec 04.

    My dealer tells me that Chrysler/Dodge no longer provides a cross-reference to explain the trouble codes, a star-scan needs to be connected. Which I will make an appt to get done.

    The Malfunction Indicator Light is solid and not flashing, which the owner' manual indicates is a low severity problem.

    Any other information on U codes?

    Thanks in advance,
    Scott

    Hey, sorry to resurrect old threads, and not LX related, but... the wife's 2007 Pacifica CEL came on, but I'll be damned if I can get the "key dance" to show me anything. WTF!! On the Mag it at least shows the '---- done' business, but this nothing, no codes, no anything. 4.0L 6-spd, w/ the Pac. EVIC... I think this thing must be CAN bus now as well, as my handheld OBDII reader wouldn't even link up, just like w/ the Mag.

    Any suggestions?

    the '07 Pacifica uses a hybrid Bus architecture. some modules communicate on CAN-C bus, some communicate CAN-B bus, while others use old style PCI single wire bus. haven't tried the key dance on one yet so i don't know if it's supposed to work or not. your dealer should take care of this issue for you.

    good luck.

    According to my Superchips, I have a code of B1638. What is this?

    I also have a Thermostat code, but that's because of a 170.
