Has anyone dealt with this company in San Diego?

I'm looking to buy a set of refurbished wheels and see at this place they are about a hundred bucks cheaper per wheel than the other places I've checked.

I'm in Wash. St. so can't visit to check out their work and can't find reviews of them online.

Does anyone know if their "refurbished" wheels are done as quality as their competitors with the higher prices??
