The OEM unit for a 2013 should be 56029398AB, 433 mhz.

Replace all 4 or replace them as they quit, doesn't make much difference other than repeated trips to the tire shop.

After a poor experience with several "supposed to work" brands that didn't, I went with OEM.

I installed HUF, German made, 433MHz onto new wheels. No issues. Put them in and Discount tire activated them free.

Don't get dual MHz units, 315/433 lots of complaints out there.

I used two sets of Dorman units. One set on an 06 300C and one set on an 07 300C. No programming necessary. Just install and drive and they self program after a few mins. Great, BUT, both sets appear to have weak signals or something because the TPMS warning still goes off and shows the pressures with one tire off, and then after a few minutes all tires read the same. Press the compass button to get back to my normal display. After a while the TPMS goes off again. Same scenario. Junk sensors? Probably. I will go with OEM next time.

Standard Motor Products #TPM17A (Rockauto) worked flawlessly in my 2007 Magnum after being quoted $400+ from the tire shop... I ended up doing it myself with these. They worked well - no problems or special programing needed other than taking a short drive. For the 2013 300, use SMP TPM#137.

I was told and read just install and drive but the Huf's didn't, and speaking with the discount tire tech he said it's not 100%, some BCM/PCMs are stubborn and the car was looking for why all four of the previous sensors vanished.
Huf is a known quality tps.
