Beginning my research on procharging my 6.4, so far my plan is E85, ID1000s, and 6.1 intake. Does anyone have a similar set up or any guidance on other things i should be thinking about? I know i need to build the lower end, but that will come after a year. This is my second car and i only put on about 5k miles a year so I am hoping to make it a year before it goes pop.
Im running a Procharger on a old 2006 R/T. On yours -from what ive read on threads -limit boost 5-6 and a good tune cant be over emphasized . Even then your kind of playing with fire. Start saving now for drop in pistons.
Why is it pointless to run E85?… would be able to run more aggressive tune and make more power with E85 and be just as reliable… i daily drive NA on E85 and pay less at the pump, more power and just as reliable as when i was on 93.
