Google safe search has detected malware on lxforum and recommends not going forward. Second time I've reported this, my first thread I see is gone. Something is going on guys you need to look into!
I've seen those warnings pop up when going to various forums in the past. I've never seen it come up for LXforums though. One forum did it on a regular basis. If I recall, looking deeper into it, it was simply some advertising script that google thought was malicious.
Definitely good to be vigilant, but I'm fairly sure there's no malware on LXF. Then again maybe I never see the warning because I'm running adblock...?
Maybe another site served you up a browser hijack, you should scan your system.
I'm using Chrome and am not experiencing any warnings. Maybe the OP is being redirected to a fake site??
BTW, the OP's first post is not gone - it was posted under the Website questions section....
Or some kooks headers and cats for $1600 instead of a smokin deal on a set for $900
