Phoenix Area Drag Racers - Club Races

I run a club/group that provides an alternative format of drag racing. We have events scheduled at bot Wild Horse Pass and Tucson Dragway.

    Current dates for 2019:
    May 11th - Tucson
    May 18th - WHP
    June 22nd - Tucson
    July 27th - Tucson
    Aug 24th - Tucson
    Sept 28th - Tuscon
    Oct 19th & 20th - WHP

Our format is different than others. It's an all out race, but for everyone! Racers will use a dial-in to hopefully attain the best package without a red light or break out. There are 5 runs, 2 test passes, and 3 competition passes. The winner is the person with the best single package after all 3 rounds of competition.

Payouts are 60% to winner, 30% to runner-up, and 10% to 3rd place...we also have a season sponsor (Guitar Electronics Parts & Wiring Diagrams | GuitarElectronics.com) who has added $100 as guarantee to the winner's purse. We also have another $100 guaranteed for the May 11th race by another sponsor (Stonehenge Manufacturing | Tucson's highest quality CNC machining and injection mold making)

Any further info (as well as what is listed here) can be attained at PADR1320 – Your Valley(AZ) Drag Racing Source

Start one! I started it originally to help bracket racers learn their car better, but have had a couple of heads up guys looking very intently at it!
