It really does though. Don't recommend anyone run the 50lb unless they've bulletproofed their drive. Great deal here on the 38lb though

Sorry, was away for a couple of days. The pully is stock size, and no, it does not have the ceramic bearings. Spring tension is 38lbs. However you cant touch a tensioner of this quality for the price I am asking.
