    18

Description: For sale is a OEM 18" spare tire kit that I pieced together.

It was meant for my '18 R/T, but I just traded it in and it won't work on my '19 Scat Pack (because of the Brembos)....so I have no use for it now.

The OEM wheel/tire is from a 2015 Charger and in great shape...no damage to the wheel itself & clean.
The tire might have been used (?), but looks pretty clean and still has tread left.
    145/80R18 is the size btw

The OEM jack is from a 2014 Charger and is super clean...doesn't look like it was ever used.
The wrench is for 22mm lug nuts.

The bolt, the wing nut, and the spin cap are all OEM and brand new parts that I bought....all needed to hold the stuff down in the trunk.

    Asking $80 OBO

    Hi,
I just bought a new Challenger and they only come with the lame Slime and air pump kit. I want a real spare tire for my wife. Do you still have it ? What is the new price ? What is the outside diameter ? It needs to fit in the hole in the trunk. I am in So Cal. 92555 Shipping ?
    Thanks

Yup...Dodge doesn't include the spare anymore unless you pay like $500 for it as a factory option :(
Should fit, since this is the OEM one (for a Challenger/Charger/300)

    Price is $100+ shipping

    I saw your PM's & emailed you!

Why don't you keep it and just order the spacer needed for the '19 Scat Pack? Call Performance Spare they have the required spacer. The entire new kit would cost $356.00 with shipping.

I wasn't really planning on buying a new spare (kit), but what is the spacer you are talking about?
Any clue how much it cost either?

    thanks btw

EDIT: Are you referring to something like this?

I did call them, thanks...they don't sell/offer it anymore though and he wouldn't tell me the specs of the spacer either

I did see that MODERN Spare offers one though:
2015-2019 Dodge Charger Hellcat & SRT392 - Wheel Spacer - Modern Spare - Modern Spare
I have a email out to them for more info

    THANKS!

A Hellcat guy installed the Modern Spare donut and spacer on the front and said the car pulled in the direction of the spare and got worse when hitting the brakes. And already precious ground clearance was even further reduced.

I think I'd forget that huge spacer and just do a two tire swap if I had a front flat and keep that spare on the rear where no spacer is needed.

Dan, Performance Spare does offer a redesigned spare wheel/tire that does not require a spacer for $135.00, it will fit the 4 piston Brembo but not the 6 piston.

Crap...well I just ordered a 2" spacer earlier today. It's the OEM spare which is slightly larger than what they were offering too (overall diameter)
Worst case, I'll try it. It should only be for emergencies only anyway, and better than having no spare at all.

On another note...I read the opposite, that you should put the spare on the front. Putting it on the rear will wear out the LSD, or something to that effect because it's a smaller diameter and would be rotating faster than the other wheel.
(I don't know for a fact, that's just what I read when reading about spares)
