The unit was never used, we just bolted it to the engine to verify fit and clearance. These units are so bullet proof, we just don’t need to take up space in the trailer with a spare one.

You’ll see how incredibly stable the belt is and how smooth the ARS unit operates, no bouncing around at all.
This product solved our belt breakage issue, but it did more than that. It surprised us by picking up 1.4 pounds of boost over the stock tensioner. Our data logger showed 10.1 pounds of boost with a factory tensioner and 11.5 pounds with the ARS. That’s a significant increase in horsepower. If you have a supercharger on your HEMI, I guarantee that you are not making the full amount of boost you could be if you had an ARS installed. This fits all late model HEMIs except Hellcat/Demon.

These guys are the best. I had a tensioner I sent in as I used it for a yr and it was messed up inside. I shipped it to them and they fixed it with new parts and shipped it back in a week.
