This is my 06 hemi Ram and 99rt Dak , just sold the Dakota though. The ram sports a 6" fabtech lift , dirt logic coilovers, zone uca's , full bolt ons and a brand new leather seats.com kit. The Dakota just had headers and a shift kit.

I have a 2005 QC 4X4 Thunder Road with 260,000 miles. Best vehicle that I've ever owned. I have similar leather seat covers, except black with red stitching and red rams head. Came from"Leatherseatcovers.com" I can't post pictures, or I would. Has a spartan + cam, 3:92's , Vararam, cut outs, JBA's , Circle D 3,000 rpm converter. Nearly as fast as my Magnum.

I've always had at least a pickup or van along with various cars I've owned. Gotta be able to haul engines! In '05 I bought probably my last new truck, an '05 Dodge Ram Daytona 4x2 in GoManGo. It's a regular cab with short bed. I removed the rear wing and ground effects about a week after purchasing it. I dropped it 2 / 3 just to make it easier to get in to.

I also put a color matched Gaylord's bed cover on it, which is absolute junk btw, in my opinion. I thought I was buying the best. Isn't worth the money they get for the damn things.

Anyway, it's my hauler and daily driver except when I miss driving the Scat Pack too much!

Wheel Tire Vehicle Car Plant

Don't really have a good pic of it. 97 ram 1500, 7" skyjacker lift, 37 13.50 20 nitto mud grapplers on 3rd gen wheels. 4.88 gears, trans was built by a guy local, ported and polished 52mm TB,, shorty headers, Hughes engines whiplash cam, Hemifever Tune. I gutted the truck about 6 years ago and redid the floors and put new rocker panels with a new paint job. Bout time to put some money in it again:modding:

I just bought a sport grille, new headlights and fog lights, 4th gen ram 2500 front bumper and conversion brackets, 2500 brakes, and bunch of other little odds and ends for mine. Getting redone and painted the new 2017 Challenger Octane Red.

Can you elaborate on 2500 brakes?

Just sold my 05' Dakota and got a 17' Black Express. I think I'm done modding it as the truck is the tool while the Magnum is the toy :^)

I de-badged, then added 22" x 10" Hellcats with Falken 305/45 S/T05, color-matched hood scoop / box cover (by Undercover), smoked headlights / fog lights / tail lights / 3rd brake light. I welded some old 442 trumpet exhaust tips onto the OEM tail pipes and powder coated them black. Finally, I tuned a black anodized based-loaded whip to replace the OEM antenna. Now the truck is actually...black :^)

About the only thing left to do is black aftermarket calipers and rotors (likely BAER, same as on the Magnum):

They're just 2500 calipers and pads from the same year 2500 Ram and 1 ton GM(don't tell anybody lol) 3500 dually wheel cylinders for the rear. The 2500 Ram has a larger bore caliper as does the 1 ton GM wheel cylinders. The Ram 3500 wheel cylinders will do the same but the GM ones are bigger I believe. I looked into a hydrologist setup but it was just going to be too much work. More so because I've just had power steering pump #2 give out and no power steering pump and hydro boost means no stopping lol. All this is just an attempt to stop the 37's while towing my little 18.5ft ski boat.

Top picture is the average size Dana 44 caliper, bottom is the 2500 caliper. The 1500 caliper is a tad larger than the top pic because those are off of my solid axle swapped s10 blazer with jeep wagoneer axles but they are similar in size. I'll take a pic of the 2 next to each other when I can work on my own stuff and not everybody else's lol.

When I shopped around for brakes I couldn't find a kit for the 2nd gen Rams, those show 02-16 and they're 4K lol. I've got 100 bucks in these, the rotors are almost brand new so I'm just going to have them turned. If you look at the contact patch of the 1500 pad on the rotor you can see roughly a 1/4" gap we'll say on top and bottom of the rotor where no contact is made. The larger 2500 pad uses the entire 1500 rotor surface, imo Dodge should've made them that way from the factory. These trucks are known for their underperforming brakes.
