Driver's side front door lock doesn't work - 2004 Durango

I have a 2004 Durango, all other locks open when I use the fob or the unlock/lock button inside the car, but the driver's side front lock doesn't work. It doesn't make any sound when i use the fob to unlock it, is there a fuse or some electrical part I should check, or is it something behind the door panel?

No fuse. Actuator is part of the door latch. Cluster sends power to one side of the actuator and grounds the other and vice-versa. When you open the driver's door does the dome light come on??? Door panel will have to come off otherwise. Disconnect the latch connector and with a test light hook across the connector from the Light Green to the Tan/Light Green. Doesn't matter which way you connect, as long as it goes across those two circuits. The test light is taking place of the latch actuator. With the key out of the ignition hit lock or unlock. The test light should light both ways. If it does, bad latch. If it doesn't, you have more diagnosing to do.
