PS note that these meets for the next little while have been moved to BBQ Meets at "Mopar Ka-something or other"s house

See message 358 on this page http://www.lxforums.com/board/f423/toronto-mid-town-sunday-mopar-meets-307855/index24.html

Always check the end of this thread if it's on or not at Adrian's

Thanks and thanks to Adrian!

With more and more central GTA members coming on board, I think we have enough members to sustain a mid town Mopar meet.

When:
Sundays

Time:
1:30 to 3:30

Where:
Centerpoint Mall - Yonge and Steeles - Parking lot just down from the Beer Store - more opposite to the No Frills.

As an FYI, Tim Horton's and Baskin Robins is in the same strip of stores as the Beer Store which is open!

It's actually in the parking lot one over to the left (west) from where it's indicated below, since No Frills has their garden centre set up now.

If you've arrived here via Google, and if even if you don't belong to the LxForums but drive a Mopar, feel free to shine your ride up, drop by and say hi ...

(ok Rab, do your stuff and thanks)

Small group showed up, I think it was 5 or 6? thanks for keeping it alive - remind me about the cooler next time!!

I hit the beer store on the way out, wouldn't you know, 5 min too late .... :banghead:

its only because of "extenuating circumstances" this weekend. ill be around next sunday

#82 ·
Was actually out that way in the early afternoon, but I guess it wouldn't have mattered much, being Mothers Day. I'll try and make it out and say hey.

Btw, whats the area look like, in regards to being high-traffic, or discreet and lonely?

When I get the 20's balanced and dipped, the 18's will be looking for a place to "retire" :ninja:

Dave - The traffic is kinda high volume with no frills and canadian tire right across but parking lot itself has minimal cars parked.
So yeah u can "retire them":magburno:

#91 ·
I'll b there tomorrow guys! C ya then.
Adrian - your cooking BBQ? Can we actually cook there at the parking lot? lol

#92 · (Edited)
Sure why not - just leave room between the cars and the wall , leave your trunk lid up - if anyone sees smoke and they'll just think it's coming from the homes on the other side of the wall - eazy peazy
