Considering all the pics are another pulley system photoshopped onto a rusty junkyard engine instead of their system actually being installed on a Hemi, I'd probably vote no.

My guess is that it's for engine swaps, most likely into vintage cars.

That won't work in a factory application. Its a show car swap application. The one does not have water pump. It would be used if you needed to move the alternator for frame clearance. It does not use any of the factory accessories.
