Hi Matt, Frakencooler: If both the engine and transmission coolers are on thermostatic valves, how do you ensure full draining / refilling of their respective oils during an oil change? If the valves are closed due to the engine / gearbox not being quite hot enough as you come to access the drain plugs, then surely the additional coolers' oil volume won't be drained, as it will be contained within the respective isolated circuit. And if you did manage to get it out, as you come to refill both, then the thermostatic valves may well have closed, thus meaning the 2 coolers are effectively full of air not oil. Also, when first installing both coolers, how do you ensure they are both bled of air and are full of their respective oils? If you had to choose between the deeper transmission oil pan / sump or the additional transmission cooler, which would be most beneficial on its own? Or are both needed to ensure effective cooling over stock? Thanks - D
