programming since cam install is terrible. I had a oil pressure code and disconnected battery to change sensor and computer does not like the program that I paid Johan to write and he says it could not be an error except a mechanical failure. No check engine light.. I updated my trinity and reinstalled my custom tune and it won't stay running with stock or custom. I installed 93 cai tune and modified idle by 100 rpm and it seems to be happier but has occasional hiccup and dies. Any thoughts?
NEW CAM AND PROGRAM, mannerisms are really different. Warms up a lot quicker. throttle at minimal use seems extreme. Almost wants to drive itself. Trinity installed with Johan's program. Trans shifting into gear quicker and seems late and hold shift a lot longer. All this normal?? Ticking lifters mechanic said should go away after driving for a while?
I have a 2009 dodge ram that i just recently stroked to a 400ci 6.6l. It has cometic .51 head gaskets and arington big valve heads. Also its all forged with arp main, side, and head studs at a CR of 10.3.1. The cam is a spartan eagle and it makes this motor into a very low timing motor.... Any advance in timing and the thing get knock unless im using race fuel... I heard from a friend that you are a cam guru and im curious to what cam i would need to run some good boost. Any info would be great.
