Swapping top end 09 with 07

Im looking at buying an 07 Overland 5.7 with high miles so Im pricing parts for a rebuild. Will the 09 heads and exhaust manifolds, mids fit the 07 without issues?

    6.1 intake manifold
    6.1 fuel rail and injectors

    2009 5.7 heads
2009 5.7 exhaust mani and mids

    Any issues?

You'll need a .070 cometic head gasket to get the compression down and a custom tune

If hes using a 6.1 hemi intake it shouldn't matter?

    Yes but:

This^^. Neither eagle head (except for the hybrid vehicle versions) nor 6.1 intake use EGR and it should be written out in the tune.

I cant speak to your application but I know for certain the manifolds off the trucks will not fit up to car midpipes and vice versa

This is a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with a 5.7

I am asking about the heads, exhaust manifolds and mids from a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7

Yes, they're the same year range platform (05-10). If you were so inclined (and could find them) you could use 05-10 SRT GC manifolds and mids.

By the way you need Eagle pushrods, valve covers because of taller valve train.

I guess you really need custom pushrods.. i forgot that. My measurements were for a specific cam but I have the measured pushrod lengths here somewhere

I did this swap om my 2006 R/T. With a cam and thicker headgaskets I got custom pushrods. Can you use your old stock exhaust manifolds although not ideal.
