    Jeep Grand Cherokee - Uconnect update problem

    Hello,

    My dad bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2012 recently and it seems to be in pretty good condition.
    Unfortunately there is a problem with the Uconnect phone function - I press the phone button so I can pair a phone and say setup, it's starts with the available functions but gets interrupted by an update request and refuses to move forward. It doesn't seem to be a problem with my phone, because it sees the car, but Uconnect wont let me get to the actual pairing.
    The app version is 10.00.11 - there is no new update in the Uconnect site and as I checked around it seems to be the latest version for this system.
    Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

    Thank you for the offer. I can get you the VIN number, mileage and email, but since I'm located in Bulgaria (Europe) the phone connection would be harder. If that won't be a problem I'd like all the help I can get.
