Did you lose/drain all of the fluid from the system or planning to flush for new fluid? Do you have a leak or is the fluid just reading a bit low? If reading a bit low with no leaks could just be time for a pad change.

Seriously though, that is an odd question. Brake fluid capacity isn't usually something one considers, even when doing a flush. We usually just buy a couple bottles and let it flush through following the normal brake bleed process.
What is the issue leading to the capacity question?
Just get a couple bottles of the proper fluid and follow the bleeding sequence, one caliper at a time until clear fluid flows from the caliper you're bleeding. Then move to the next one.
Top off the master cylinder as needed. Don't let it get empty.
It could probably be done with 1 big bottle, but I always buy 2...just in case.
