Hey guys,

Im looking to do a manual swap into my classic car and have a 5.7(going to 6.1) to put in. Im trying to find bell housings or adapter plates and there doesn't seem to be much. being offered.

What manual transmissions are people using besides the TR-6060? I was hoping to use a z32 from a nissan but it seems like only LS adapters are being made right now. Any help would be appriciated.

I am running a lakewood conversion scatter shield along with a '69 hemi A833 4 speed, aluminum flywheel and centerforce clutch.
The instructions stated it would work with the dakota hydraulic clutch setup but that is not the case. It will also accept some aftermarket 5 speeds.
This bell housing is hard to find but the small block ones are readily available. Here is a link to a guy using a small block lakewood behind a 6.1l.

If you have the money then the quicktime or kiesler setups are nice.

The standard SB/LA 833 bellhousing should be fine... you're just missing the bellhousing bolt at the top of the motor.
Any Mopar transmission that will bolt to any small block LA motor will bolt to the modern hemi. Just like joeboy said just missing the top bolt of the bell housing.
