The first day of dyno runs are done and my oh my did we learn stuff. If you were a part of the live GIFO4 audio/video webcast/chat you heard the Zoomers roar and saw the results on the dyno screen. If not, here's a teaser below.
I gotta go... there's a barful of LX'ers downstairs and I'm thirsty.
up to this point GIFO participants have kept quiet as to results until CV posts on the subject. I know its a lot different now that you can see it happen live, but I ask that you maintain that courtesy unless CV says otherwise.
Thanks Matt. The only thing I'd caution against is taking the numbers we talk about or see on the dyno screen out of context. Remember, we don't really know whats going on until some time has been spent pouring over the plethora of datafiles we collected today and will collect tomorrow. We might think we saw XXXhp but we might find the data file really reports YYY (it wouldn't be the first time).
As in the past, I'll get on the data parsing ASAP (Sunday?) and get it all up for everyone to see.
Superchips has been asking for dyno results of cars with LT headers and the Flashpaq so that they can work on a tune for LT headers. Could we send those specific files to them or will the posted results be detailed enough for them to use?
A plethora? I thought that wusz tha name of a Korean Delivery Van.
