Alright all my mopar mechanics i need your help, advise, and words of wisdom. Im here at the shop right now and im having a hell of a time with this dam Challenger 5.7. i have redone the head gasket on this 5.7 3 times now and to no avail. head was removed to replace a failed lifter the engine runs smooth as it should now. however i am getting alot of exhaust gas in the coolant system no matter what i do.... ive gone threw 3 felpro gaskets now. ive even used the copper head gasket spray to help with any sealing issues but i am still getting the same result. car did not come in with this issue and i am following alldata for torque specs. head was sent out to be checked and decked and no issue was found. block cannot be cracked because as i said the car did not come in with this issue... please help have any of you ran into this issue before? are these alldata specs correct?

Can you try OEM gaskets?

Do you have the heads and the HEAD GASKETS on the correct side? The head gaskets are LEFT and RIGHT side specific. We have seen a number of folks mix them up as well as we have seen heads installed on the wrong sides and the owners couldn't figure out why there aftermarket headers wouldn't fit.

Use factory head gaskets and you need new head bolts each time you remove them. They are "one time only" torque to yield bolts.
