Dipstick hitting header

Installed my longtubes a few weeks ago, and had to move the oil dipstick in order to install them. Long story short the dipstick is hitting the header, which is setting off one of the knock sensors and pulling timing. Anyone else had this problem? Can I just bend my dipstick tube and make it work, or do I need an entirely new one, and to relocate? 2013 5.7 300.

I had the same issue when I installed 6.1 factory shorties on a 5.7 I had. There was some sort of spacer required with the 6.1 that wasn't on the 5.7. It was a factory part. Check into it. I did have to bend the tube a little too. Just be careful and don't kink the tube. Hope this helps...
