    Ralph Gilles where are you?

    Open letter to Ralph Gilles,
If you still have anything to do with Dodge and Dodge Cares your company should be ashamed of your customer care.
My wife's 2012 Charger Rt almost burned up on the highway in SC last July 11 2017. It cost $ 1,098 to repair it. in August a T36 recall was announced. I sent the paperwork for a claim the day after the recall was announced.
So far all i get after 5 phone calls and excuses why I can't get a reimbursement. No one assigned to case, whoever assigned to case didn't forward it, whoever picked up the case didn't sign their name / case number. After the fifth call they told me it went to the wrong place, now i can't get reimbursed until the car is upgraded with the replacement parts that are not available.
BUT Ralph, the wife didn't want to keep the car cuz she was concerned that it might happen again. SO we traded the worst car for reliability for one that has the best reliability a Toyota. You lost a mopar fan for life. never again.
We no longer even own the car but have to wait for it to be fixed before we get a reimbursement.....Y'all should be ashamed of your company.
    regards gregory

And we wonder why Chrysler/Dodge has the worst customer satisfaction of any car company.

Life is too short to drive a boring car.

I still have my 600 rwhp challenger, so not bored. And the wife is happy.. that makes me happy, the Highlander is a great car... so far. Around town it gets 26 MPG and can fit 7 with captain chairs in the middle row. On highway getting around 30 MPG in a big a$$ car. I'm impressed with fit and finish.

He ain’t gonna read this nor would he care. It’s not even his division within the company. You’re wasting your time addressing him.

car going 60mph just shut down all elec gone, as the wife pulled over smoke came out the front of the hood. It had to be towed to dealership as the battery fried, wires fried and the alternator fried and almost caught fire(if they could burn).
you can see the damage on the alternator. From my post an assistant to Ralph called me (i already had messages to his office).
Said it would be taken care of and was.
    all was good after that.

Had my alternator catch a lil fire in Target parking lot way back. Could only blame myself since It was giving me problems for a few weeks. Don't procrastinate

My M11 burned up the harness and was on fire in the Dealer’s lot. They made me pay for a new harness and all the trimmings, warranty person claimed “ my installation of a buss bar/ power block was the cause. “ It was never connected . I was told if I pushed the issue they would negate Sll that remained of my warranty due to “ mods”.
Love my MOPAR F**k their people skills
