    Daytona Decal Removal

I'm "that" close to pulling the trigger on a new Daytona. However, I don't like the idea of the upkeep on the decals. It'll be a daily driver that sits outside getting rained and snowed on. Is the removal a big deal? Thanks.

I don't know, but you might ask the dealer too.

Not much upkeep in those little decals. You could just wash with Ice wash and wax and they would last for years.

But if you want to remove them, just wait for a hot sunny day and park the car out in the sun and after a few hours, you will be able to peel the decals right off.

A plastic razor blade would be preferred.

I would put anything on my paint except my fingernails.

I bought an indigo blue 2020 Daytona last summer and love it. I too was not sure on the decals. I used a product from Optimum Technologies called Opti Seal. This is a wipe on, wipe off application that has been great
for water sheeting and beading. Also used Adams polished Matte detail spray that is also nice for quick touch ups.
