So.... the missus & I have been playing musical cars on the grass with our vehicles for a few years now. It's getting old[emoji849]. So we started an ambitious project addition to our stable. Behold:

That's before & after^^

Now step by step pic heavy of the process in two weeks:

The roll up doors are letting in water so I have to get rain guards across all 3 thresholds where the doors meet the concrete. No leaks from the ceiling, just a couple of spots around the base railing..... but I’m happy. Time to seal

Nicely done.

Went in for touchup paint the other day spotted a HC with a discounted sticker.

Walked over and it was an 18' with 150 miles on it. They have it for $59k.

Aside from the bright red I am so thinking about trading mine in, sales lady was like, "Just wrap it!"[emoji15][emoji15][emoji15][emoji15][emoji15][emoji15][emoji15]

Go for it without sacrificing eating..... I couldn't pass up this deal. To be honest, I think it was a misprint on the dealers part & I caught it. 6 hours later, it was posted $1000 more! All in all, I got it and someone at that dealership has to eat the 'mistake'

Setting up appointment for 35% tint or whatever (I’m an older cat with eyes that don’t work like they used to), Carbon Fiber stripes, sunroof decal & MAYBE an intake for the whine! JLT, Bwoody or LMI in that order, I suppose.....

I wonder if 335’s can be tucked in there on rear 11” rims? If not, 315’s square

Oh about 63K miles on Blue....no issues other than the door panels. F8 was delivered with 9 miles on it Thursday and the missus & I already put about 120 more on it breaking it in.

We have the black laguna leather interior. I’ll take more pics in a few days. The Hellcat drives better as far as comfort! Really liking it.

I followed her driving around and I must say, from the rear, the Hellcat looks beastly..... wide tires, flares and a tweak on the rear end makes it look bad a$$

Nice. Ironically, over 3 years ago, I reached out to fca to inquire how many jazz blue scat packs were built in 2016 that matches my own...and there is only one other one out there somewhere...lol

I think the Jazz Blue crowd are unique! I’m sure FCA will bring it back again when they’re done mixing up colors, but I’m very happy with it. I think in ‘17 they ceased that color. From what I remember when Slidd posted the production sheet for that year, it was about 200+ in the US. F8 could be next on the chopping block since they introduced Hellraisin, Frostbite & Sinammon stick

Wow very nice ODB! Man I’m jealous. Enjoy the Widebody cat. I had f8 on my last charger , great color! I just saw a Widebody charger scat on my way to get dinner, it was granite and the more I see it in person, the more I want one lol... would love a cat maybe one day... hard to make money right now so who knows but let us know your thoughts going from scat to cat!

Overall, a definite change in ride comfort. Going the same route as my daily blue over familiar potholes, RR tracks etc,...she is a different element. Handling is crisp and accurate. Power is a no brainer, but I'm breaking it in slowly...Staying off track mode for now ....maybe around 750 miles, I'll cut loose on breaking the tires. One thing I noticed on green was there's a slight puff of smoke on start ups occasionally that I didn't notice on my Scatpack. I contacted my SRT guy and he said that's normal because the rings on the pistons are seating (which I suspected). The exhaust note is deeper, not louder. No center armrest in the rear seats.
The rear end tweak is awesome. Kind of narrow, but the fender flares and the wider tires make it look beefier than my current setup on blue. Hard to explain, visually. Pics do no justice. I'll probably do some a$$ shots of both side by side to elaborate.
Flat bottom steering is almost non existent , BUT I do feel the flat spot on turns. The steering wheel lights up at night (didn't know that or forgot). Cool.

Very happy with it.
