I'm curious to know when you guys with an Indigo Blue cars look at the label on the inside of your front doors under PAINT: what code does it say? Because my says this: PBM

I've been to several Dodge dealers and each time I was handed with every other blue color except and Indigo Blue...so I decided to call up the dealer where I bought the car and he claims he could order the right color well being not as so sure he wasn't going to do the same as the others I asked if what he gets isn't the right one could I return it and the dude said no and then begins to tell me that touchup wont really be a perfect match and it would be different...( Now I'll be I've never bought touch up paint that didn't match the color of the car)…

Needless to say I said no to ordering and I'm sitting SOL and somewhat F!@#$% pissed off, because these dam counter part people have some ****TY AROGANT attitudes because that think everyone needs them and you cant do without them...as well as make a complaint to FCA about this no return policy my dealer offered (Like this is going to do anything)

Hell I wanted to get an air filter and a cabin filter and this one dealer wanted $50 & $40 for those filters (are you for real???? ) now this is in NY, So I went online and ordered from a Mopar parts dealer paid almost 50% less and I have two dealership less than 5 miles north and south of me

Sooooooo... I ask where in the hell my fellow Indigo Blue comrades go for your touchup paints that will give you the right blue?

Ocean Blue, Steel Blue, Jasper Blue, etc. are some other names for Indigo Blue but as long as the paint code matches, PBM as you say, you are good.

This is the part number for the pen, 06103123AA and can find it cheaper online.

That what was given to me and when I tested it against my car it was a much darker blue than my color...no where the same...…

How could you call
Ocean Blue, Steel Blue, Jasper Blue.....and say its Indigo Blue...?????

Totally different colors

Different car models have different names. Octane Red was Velvet Red on the 300, Destroyer Grey was Ceramic Grey so many times a different name for the same color. The only thing that matters is the paint code.

Now I don't know why yours did not match, very strange. PBM is PBM. Maybe let them match it by VIN and see what it shows.

I'll try to look at mine today bro. I also have noted that there are a few names being used for this blue. It's like they made up the cool hot rod word play names for the colors instead of mixing a new one (Go ManGo, Top Banana, IndiGo blue et al). In each case seems like the paint color names differs when you go to look it up.
