    best car cover

okay i`m sure this has been asked already, sorry . but what really is the best cover to get for my charger. i keep it in the garage for winters, but if i decide to put it out in the elements(need to make room for my truck.) what should i get? theres so many brands and choices out there. do i need to really spend like $300 for one? or is there a decent brand for less.? thanks

I have a factory one that came with my Daytona Charger that I am thinking of selling. I assume it's a good quality.

Yep, it's a molar cover - part number 822151095. It was one of the add ons my car came with (dealer selected). It says HEMI and Daytona logo, and since I have never used it I was curious to see what it meant. I opened the duffle and saw that it has the HEMI just like my hood has, so I assume it also says DAYTONA and has the rear stipe like my car too.

Got one of those duck covers on amazon....dont like it, and I will be shopping for another one.

Seems like the charger is a little longer and wider than some sedans. I want a mopar one, but I'm not paying $300 ....hell even $200.

Sounds like you are look for an outdoor cover then?

I just use the cheap Rain-X cover from Walmart as a pure indoor cover. Works and fits well and doesn't scratch. That probably has more to do with keeping the car clean and doing a sweep with detail spray before ever covering it.

I don't have any experience with outdoor covers, but I would think a custom form-fitting cover is best to prevent paint wear from it flapping in the wind.
