A friend of mine is the manager, so he ordered a challenger with the wheel package and we swapped the wheels

Not sure. I haven't tried removing them, I could plastidip them but I like the contrast

Yeah with a white car and black wheels the chrome caps look good.

I ordered a pitch black charger. Can't wait to see how they look on a black one. They look amazing on yours.

I still have the SP rims and I washed the car for the second time yesterday using a chenille wash mit. I noticed that when the sun hit the black part of the wheel, I can see what looks like swirl mark/marring in the black area already. These are marks made by washing or rubbing the painted area. Has anybody else noticed this with black wheels? I've thought about getting the SRT wheels for my car, but if the black is gonna look like crap within a year, fuggetaboutit. I'm thinking about taking the wheels and spraying them with a satin clear coat.

Having blacktop wheels on both my charger and 15 Durango, I can say that the durability of their black painted wheels is not great. This includes scratches and random chips. Not sure if dodge uses the same paint formulary on the srt wheels or not.

Does anybody have a B5 with the black roof? I'm seriously considering painting or wrapping my roof, but need to see it.
