Great job! A lot of work to put this together ---thank you for doing it. Enjoyed seeing all the colors under one thread! Haven't seen an '09 Hemi-Orange Bee in person yet---but that color is growing on me.

In the 09 Challenger sales brochure, it shows B5 Blue for the Challenger R/T as a late year option --can't wait to see one of these. I think a B5 blue challenger would look awesome!

Almost as good as a Torred Charger SRT8!

Nice job. Kudos on all the work done. I just noticed that the tail lights are different on the 09. I think I like the originals better. The 09's have too much clear back up lens, in my humble opinion. :)

Nice didn't know they were coming out in DWB looks really good on the SRT for sure
Some Hemi vinyl on the hood would be nice against the dark blue IMO

I e-mail Dodge yesterday on this and they got back to me today on it. I was like WOW. Must have caught them at a great time. Anyway, for all that would like to know. The way he worded it sounds wierd. It is like they used paint code PB8 for the Charger til 2010. Let's see what everyone thinks.

Thank you for contacting the Chrysler Customer Assistance Center
regarding your 2006 Dodge Charger R/T.

According to our records, during the 2010 production year, we built
4,053 Dodge Charger R/T's in paint code PB8.

We appreciate your interest and thanks again for your email.

Popularized by NASCAR dominance and later a hokey TV show, the Dodge Charger is one of America's most revered performance nameplates. Originally an icon of the muscle car era, the Charger has recently been reborn as an affordable performance sedan -- and it's one of the better ones available in this market niche.
The current Dodge Charger may not be the two-door muscle car you remember from the '60s (to the chagrin of traditionalists, it's a sedan), but it does a fine job of being a modern interpretation. As a bonus, the latest Charger has a usable interior and plenty of standard equipment. Think of it as a muscle car the whole family can enjoy.
Current Dodge Charger
The current Dodge Charger is based on the same Mercedes-derived platform used for the Chrysler 300. As such, the Charger has four doors and is a bit larger than the average midsize sedan. Its front-end styling is much more aggressive than the 300C's, and the rear roof line slopes downward in a coupelike fashion.

The current Charger is available in five trim levels: SE, SXT, R/T, SRT8 and SRT8 Superbee. The SE and SRT8 trims are only offered with rear-wheel drive, while the SXT and R/T can be rear-drive or all-wheel drive.
The SE and SXT come with a 3.5-liter 292-horsepower V6 engine that achieves good fuel economy given its output. Adding the Rallye Appearance Group or Blacktop package raises horsepower to 300. A five-speed automatic is standard on the SE; an eight-speed automatic is optional for the SE and standard for all SXTs.

new to site. Very great thread. As soon as spring actually arrives, ill get some good pics of my 06 up. Its a Magnesium pearlcoat R/T. From what im gathering, somewhat a rare bird. I bought it used and Im not sure the source of the graphics on it. The hood has a flat black deal identical to the daytona's. The rear fender stripe is in the same fashion as the daytona but says R/T instead. Does anyone know if this is a dealer/factory option, or is this aftermarket. Ive had three people ask me about it in the two weeks ive owned it. Thanks again for this great thread!

Hey Lurch,

Since this thread was bumped, why not reply! The only cars to get decals were the Daytonas and Super Bee well and the Mopar too! There was no factory strip kit or hood decal. The Magnesium Pearl is kinda rare if the picture is bad it almost looks as good as my Silversteel.

It is on the black and white door sticker. Look for paint code, mine is PA4 sometimes listed as DA4 or Silversteel.

Look like this one:

Look like this one which is PWL for White Gold I think it was only in 2010:
