Car show Check List

Below you will find a complete break down of what we expect from "ALL" members when attending car shows. B.M.M.C is all about going above the standard when it comes to showing off our rides. All members registering for shows are required to be in uniform regardless of how many members are present. If you fly the flag than you wear the shirt! Ok, now on to the good stuff.

-Tire shine (do not apply tire shine until we arrive at the event. We travel in formation and tire shine becomes just as annoying as someone in front of you turning on there windshield washer nozzles. Only 10 times worst. Also if you have spray tire shine, have respect for your team or competition and do not get any on there car.)

-Wax (The brand is all up to you)

-Quick Mist and wipe (There are many brands out there that you can choose from. Once your car is clean, the mist and wipe will give your car that "just waxed" shine through out the event.)

-California Duster (This is a must have. Some events can get a little dusty due to the location or time of season with pollen.)

-Simple Green (This is a must have in our book. You can use this on your engine bay, wheel wells, interior panels, etc. etc.

-Micro Fiber cloths (The more the better. You will go through tons of these, so be prepared.)

-Invisible glass cleaner (You can use any brand but this seems to be the choice of many. It even works great on chrome.)

-Portable Vacuum cleaner (No one likes dirty carpet on floor mats in a nice looking ride. Also a scrub brush and get the job done with a little more manual labor.)

Ok, now that you have everything, let's talk about presentation a little. All compartments need to be open and cleaned. A closed area means negative points. Do not cut yourself short on points, every point counts. Take time out to learn your car. Example: engine size, horsepower, tire/rim size, etc. etc. Respect other show applicants just as much as you would want them to respect you. It's nothing wrong with a little "Bring it" attitude but remain humble at all times. Being Cocky will get you no where with the judges or the spectators.
Remember, we are a team, if one member wins, "WE ALL WIN".
