Brake Rotors

Today, I was adjusting the coilovers before an alignment, and I noticed I had heat cracks in both my rear rotors(1 on passenger side, 2 driver side)! These are the OEM rotors, with 2 track days on them, and 15,000 miles! I didn’t see any on the front rotors, my question is, how often do you guys change rotors for track days? Should I just buy a dedicated track set?! Also, do you think it would be safe, to run the front again, with a higher friction pad(EBC Blues), as I didn’t see any heat cracks on them?! Thank you!

Wow no one answered this? Heat cracks in the rear is odd, they usually don't work too hard, are they slotted? Throw them away right now, go for slotted if not, if slotted go for drilled instead. If the fronts are fine, I would go far more aggressive pads, if you had a lot of rear bias you could have an unpleasant ride at the track. Plan to toss the fronts though after the day is over. Which brakes are you running?
