What a great article!

Favorite parts are the fact that there's no paint on the car, and the JB Weld fix.

Also your listed brake pads on the front page should be used as the stock answer for every 'what pads should I use for my track day' thread from here on out.

That article says you are running 305-645-18's. Is that on the front too? How in the hell did you manage that?

Matt, I put longer 9/16 studs in and I use a 7/16 spacer.

Great article! I've always admired what you've done, though I never knew many of the details. I remember trying to help you with the shell back then LOL!

That JB Weld fix is pure gold!!

If I had a clue to what that means. I would know how to reply. :)

Sorry - I'll make it clearer - Are You Faster Than a Red Neck? You were featured, trucking, as I recall. I know you are real racer from your many threads, but got a kick out of seeing you on that crazy "reality" show!

Who would have guessed the block might be cracked? you would be surprised at how many parts I used off this car in my builds.

I think that car cost me $1700 back around 2007 believe it or not that steering knuckle and caliper that was sheared off are on my Challenger right now . That car hit a tree and was still going 120 MPH upon impact . I paid around $7500 for the wrecked Challenger when I got it in 2010 I tried for two months to buy a wreck off of Copart and veristar back then and all SRT Challengers were bringing way too much money. I allready had the new shell so I didn't have much choice but to pay the market price.
