Haywire Electronics...

Vehicle is a 2009 300c:
Driving today when the radio decides to start changing stations rapid fire on its own... I'm thinking the damn radio has a short when a few seconds later, my windshield wipers start going, passenger airbag light comes on, and tpms system error comes on dash displaying 0 lbs pressure in all 4 tires. Full haywire mode engaged.
Mission abort, I pull over and shut the car down, restart it and continue on. No issues for the next few miles but once more the radio changes a half dozen stations on its own in matter of a few seconds, and the wipers make one wipe across the windshield. I kept driving this time and no more issues came about before arriving home.
Have yet to drive again since.
Anyone with similar issues before? or knowledge of the issue?
Appreciate any input/advice

Everything is tight battery wise, no corrosion at all. The car has pretty much no corrosion anywhere.
It's interesting that with whatever connection shorted out, it was able to take control of the radio and wiper speed. I can understand dash issues and such, but wherever the issue is has control of literally everything(but not affecting everything at the exact same time).

My first thought when it was happening was "who's hacking into my car!?" haha. Now I haven't been able to replicate the issues again since... I guess we'll just call UFO hacking as the culprit... they've moved on to different regions

If it were me I would disconnect the battery and let it sit for 30 minutes then put it back together. This would purge and random bits of electronic nonsense, like a reboot on your phone or PC.
