Do what I do and get a $1000 beater for the bad weather and put the dodge under a cover

I live in Northwest Ohio where it snows crazy when it wants to or stays slick and slushy in the winter and anywhere from bone dry to sloppy rain in the warmer months. Looking for a high to ultra-high performance, all-weather tire that still offers good snow and bad weather traction. Currently have Michelin Primacy MXM4 on and I'm not impressed. A little too noisy for my taste.

Continental DWS 06 are one of the best tires in the snow that still fall under the UHP category. I personally run dedicated winter tires on my RWD vehicles, but I had the Conti DWS 06 on my Mazda3 and have recommended them to friends & family and they are all pleased with them in the winter.

Continental DWS-06. I run them on my 2017 300s AWD over a mountain pass in North Idaho everyday on my commute to work, and I love them. They are quieter than the Michelins that originally came on the car. I had my set siped as well.

Not high or ultra performance all-weather (that doesn't exist) but I'd suggest an all-weather tire like the Michelin CrossClimate 2 or Nokian WRG4 etc...
I went from the Michelin Primacy MXM4 like you have to the CC2's and like them, nice and quiet, though not quite as good as stopping in the snow/ice as I'd hoped for, they are very good all around, esp. in the wet, and they are better in all aspects then the MXM4s imho...
OR a nice ultra high performance all-season like the Pilot Sport All Season 4 which are a nice tire all around. They also have a Plus version of the DWS-06 out now, but I've never used either but ppl I have known said they are average...
These are all great recommendations. If you want a very affordable source of high-quality wheels and tires, you may as well check out 4WheelOnline. Trust me, you're bound to find a set that'll be perfect for your ride.
