Mercy, I'm no auto electrical tech but I would be checking the diode on the fusible link output wire or circuit.
Not sure if the diode on Dodges are internal on the alternator or not.
How long do the alternators last?
Your fans have fuses (#2 & #18 on my 2013 R/T) that should fail before hurting anything else. Have you confirmed your fans for proper operation? I had one locked but thought I was hearing both come on high. I finally eyeballed only one fan operating.
Mine were out of a low mileage pursuit but must have been a shared shift car because the brushes were toast and one locked and toasted a relay. No blown fuse.
Anyway eliminate the possibility by eye witnessing their operation putting a blanket over the grille and let her reach temps that should kick them on low then high. A flashlight helps.
They never run just one fan. You should have 3 fan relays. On low one 12v feed is divided between both fans via a single relay. On high each fan gets is own feed of 12v via its own relay.
I picked up two new motors. (Tip: the fan blade attachment nuts are left hand thread.)
When you say "Rockauto delco must be my problem" and "Both high out put", I don't know whether you're referring to the alternators, or the fans.
If you think that the fans are the problem, I'd use a diagnostic scanner like AlfaOBD to toggle the fans on and off manually at idle, and then at 1000 and 1500-2000 RPM, while monitoring your voltage.
If your voltage stays at 14.5 at idle with the fans on, then I'd say your alternator is doing its job and the fans aren't likely to be the problem. If you're at 2000 RPM or so and can't maintain 14.5 volts with the fans on, then they may be drawing more than they should.
If you've installed higher wattage fans, you could consider stepping up to a 180A or 220A alternator. If you have a 160A, you might be taxing it and burning it out. I don't think so, though.
On my '05 300C, I switched out the "Standard" 2100 RPM lower fan for a higher RPM unit, and I haven't noticed any electrical issues. But the bottom line is that it's not that much of a "spread", power-wise, from one to the other. I don't know the specs on the single fan setup, though, if that's what you had from the factory.
Thanks.. First alt was factory. Had no problems up until I installed the used SRT dual fans, alt burnt up shortly after. Installed a hi output AC Delco alt. 220 amp, lasted 6months, second one of the same lasted about the same. This one actually caught fire, thank got I had to stop for people in a cross walk and seen the smoke rising, pulled into a parking spot, popped hood and seen fire, luckily I had water in car to put it out. Fire extinguisher is on order.
gapi: Which motors did you buy? Is it a direct replacement? I'm changing them when alt comes out.
I went with Rockauto MOPAR motors. There are no aftermarket motor only replacements. And they are right and left side specific.
My 2013 R/T came with a single fan and 180AMP alt. Going to duals was plug and play and no alt stress.
But.......... if you want to know whats out there as far as OE fan motor options, there are some higher RPM MOPAR motors out there.
Big thread with specs and RPM's HERE.
Part numbers on post #15.
All done.. New MOPAR 220amp alt, now sits at a solid 14 volts, old one always bounced around 13-14, may have been old fans.
DORMAN fans installed.. Fans are quieter, RPMs seem lower. Was running hotter than normal with hard driving. Gonna check relays and make sure they are all working for hi RPM.

Yeh, after I replaced both fan motors I put a moving blanket over the front and observed the temps on performance pages gauge and verified via flashlight both are running on low and high when I heard them kick in. OE fans never run a single fan at a time.
These are supposed to be good quality relays available @Digikey 1432786-1.
A weak battery with issues will kill an alternator. I doubt the fans had anything to do with it. Because they were putting a higher load on the charging system those issues became apparent. Many aftermarket alternators are crap. On a crown Vic I went thru 3 different ones failing with different issues before I got one that lasted.
i have 2 Maximum duty fan motors on mine and they pull 45 amps on high. No issues with Mopar Police alternator.
