There's definitely something wrong. I'm in Florida and when it's 80 degrees here even during Winter months, I can tell it's not working! I turn it off and on a couple times and suddenly ice cold air. I do run the a/c periodically to keep system lubricated. Thanks.

    Maybe a failing relay?

Humidity sensor (behind mirror)? Activate "Auto" and press "Recirculate", should hear blend door closing. If not, door or actuator stuck.

Well I can FINALLY tell you what was wrong. To my surprise, it was the A/C clutch relay! I would have never thought a fuse relay would be intermittent! You would think they are either good or bad (wouldn't you?). The A/C finally stopped coming on altogether instead of after several tries of the on/off button. So for the heck of it, never expecting it to work, I pulled the wiper relay and stuck it in the a/c clutch spot, and bingo, ice cold air again! It's been working ever since, and it's been about two weeks. Simple $15 fix!
