Z Automotive - Outstanding!

A few years ago a purchased a Tranzformer from Z-Auto. Never got a chance to hook it up, had to sell my Charger and the programmer sat in a storage unit for over a year. I posted it for sale and it it sold quickly - I thought that should be the end of it. After about two weeks I was contacted by the buyer telling me it didn't work - having a modified vehicle, he even went as far as testing a known working unit on his car.

I was in a Jam - selling because I really needed the $ and this unit was now in Canada, likely looking at having to refund and pay shipping both ways.

On a whim I reached out to Joe and explained the situation. Without hesitation he thanked me for going over everything and said "of course he would take care of it, that he'd either fix it or replace it."

There was no deliberation, no hassle - nada. He simply felt that he had sold a product that didn't work and would make it right.

I recently found out that the buyer shipped the tranzformer, Joe had a look and is sending a replacement. Bravo...and Thank YOU!!

I'm not saying Joe will go around fixing or replacing after the warranty period like he did in this instance; You can and...should, however, buy from him Knowing he is a stand up guy that WILL work with you IF there happens to be a problem.
