300 Trunk Dimensions - Good News
I took my tape measure and found good news on the trunk. It is 57" wide in back and above the wheel wells, so an object such as my 22" x 55" folding ladder will fit. The trunk is 44" FROM front to back with the back seats up. The trunk floor is flat. This means that people such as me who have bulky items to carry probably no longer have to buy an SUV or other wagon. It also means that the police should have plenty of room for all of the things they carry.

Good news. I know many cars have HUGE trunks, but you can't fit anything in them because of odd sized openings. The 300 (and especially the Magnum) look like decent sized openings for the big stuff.
