Adam - very cool.
HemiC and I were doing a lot of Fuel upgrades at the start of this year with his 6.1 with the Novi 1500 with a little giggle gas on top. We had issues with his set up and keeping FP up with the BAP he had wired up at that point. In the end we added a 2nd basket with the BAP running both pumps and a boost referanced FPR with a larger line run to the motor and used the factory line as the return. Fuel Pressure has been rock solid ever since, it is a bit over kill at this point but it gave him some room for growth. I would love to see what your cylinder #1 and #2 EGT's are. You guys are kicking some serious arse with this build. -Robert

aahhhh....ok, I understand the difference using race gas. Ok....so on 91/93 pump, you're able to put down 570rwhp? What kind of psi for that #? Still very sweet

Correct me if I am wrong but isnt that way way to lean? Also is that on stock internals? 20 pounds is awesome!

If he was running pump gas yes, but he's running high octane race fuel. Completely stock internals There are a bunch of vids of this car at 700WHP floating around. In no particular order http://videos.streetfire.net/video/S...GER_682616.htm http://videos.streetfire.net/video/0...WHP_688831.htm http://videos.streetfire.net/video/7...ger_689078.htm

horsepower??
I own the 1st. Procharged R/T and I'm at 434 hp. with 6 lb. How in the world is that car stable with 20 lb? Especially on stock internals?

Leaded race fuel. The only REAL way to push an engine to its max.

i think what REALLY does it is the air delivery, and the location of the majority of the compression. what i want to know is how much power is lost due to heat soak from say.... Hot Lapping a the track. I dont think the Kenne Bell can be touched on a cold start compared to any blower on a cold start. however, my fear is that sitting right on top of the motor it is going to face some SERIOUS diminishing returns as you start building up heat and transfer it to the compressor housing from hot lapping etc. a centri unit does not mount to the block, and that will make temps more consistent i think, but at this point its the only real advantage they have.

It should be able to perform pretty decent running on E85 aswell. You can have very high compression running on E85, just like race fuel. You only need bigger injectors and a sufficient fuel pump, thats all.

My hats off to you guys. This is the proper way to develop a truly badass system, tune and run it til it pops. Then tear it down and see what needs upgrading and exactly when it needs to be upgraded.
Always had a soft spot in my heart for a guy not afraid to trash an engine. Well done and I'll keep watching.
