Any concerns with this wheel/tire combo?

20" Diablo Wishbone wheels w/ Toyo Proxes S/T 255/45/20. I believe the offset to be 20mm. Everywhere I look they are listed as FWD rims. Thoughts on fitment issues with my RT?

Should not be a problem with fitment, as long as the bolt pattern is 5-115.
