Not that i condone any of this and this is all a terribly bad idea to run fast on the street. I could just imagine either of the 2 guys in this video flying by that LP640(which also shouldn't be doing this on anything but an airstrip). At about 2:18 into the vid i would be besides myself. It would be cool if there was a 1 mile race at one of those closed course texas/maxton mile events or wherever they are held.

So, a ? to the LEO's on the board. Obviously, no patrol car is capable of that speed. How fast does a police helicopter fly? And if it couldn't catch him either, how fast could a net of LEO's be set up to hunt this guy down?

huh? How is the AWD hurting its track performance? I have never heard of AWD hurting track performance. Maybe Ima confused.

I saw a review on the LP640 on top gear and they said, that sucker was a monster on the track because, of the all-wheel drive...The car was entering and exiting turns like it was a cake walk..

I dunno either, I just always hear the things handles like a boat and if anything an Lambo's AWD is built for speed while a Subaru's AWD will eat anything. Top Gear is a load of pretty video and rock solid poo. Half of their test drives are more opinionated than actual facts.

hmm interesting ive never heard of AWD being built for speed, i always thought they were built for control. Interesting...off to research
